Accreditation Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Accreditation Specialist to manage the accreditation process for our network of brokers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all necessary documentation is in place and that brokers have the support they need to achieve productivity.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage lender accreditation related documentation for broker completion, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Facilitate the completion of accreditation documents for new and existing brokers within the network.
  • Submit required documents to lenders with a focus on speed and accuracy, maintaining data integrity within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the Onboarding Team to ensure fast and efficient broker onboarding, leveraging your attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Work closely with lenders and Product Partnerships to keep the network up-to-date with any changes to lender requirements or processes.
  • Continuously improve the accreditations process by working with the National Onboarding and Agreements Team.

Requirements

  • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team's success, demonstrating excellent customer service orientation.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years administration experience in a fast-paced environment, showcasing high attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
