Accreditation Specialist Role

  • The Accreditation Specialist will be responsible for managing lender accreditation processes for brokers, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Key responsibilities include preparing lender accreditation documents for broker completion, facilitating document completion for new and existing brokers, submitting documents to lenders with a focus on speed and accuracy, and managing the accreditation process with brokers and lenders.
  • The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of customer service/administration experience in a fast-paced environment, as well as high attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and outstanding customer service orientation.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team's success are essential requirements for this role.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Managing lender accreditation documents for broker completion.
  2. Facilitating document completion for new and existing brokers.
  3. Submitting documents to lenders with a focus on speed and accuracy.
  4. Managing the accreditation process with brokers and lenders.
  5. Maintaining data integrity of accreditation information.
  6. Supporting the Onboarding Team in fast-tracking broker onboarding.
  7. Collaborating with lenders and internal teams to improve accreditations processes.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service/administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service orientation.
