Make a meaningful contribution to the development and implementation of an effective compliance framework.

In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic support to executive leaders to enhance the company's compliance strategy, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

This includes policies, standards, and control expectations to manage the risk of non-compliance with regulatory obligations.

You will be responsible for navigating complexity, ambiguity, and change while working effectively across teams to deliver outcomes and shared goals with strong commercial acumen.

Previous experience working in a Risk and/or Compliance function in a large, complex financial services organization is essential. You will have knowledge and experience in developing and implementing compliance frameworks, systems, and processes for key functions including enterprise risk management, compliance, and assurance systems.
