Lead Risk Strategist

Gallagher seeks a seasoned risk professional to spearhead the risk function for its wholly owned subsidiary, My Plan Manager Group (MPMG).

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of risk, compliance, and audit experts.
  • Identify, assess, and manage financial and non-financial risks across MPMG business units.
  • Ensure effective and compliant delivery of plan management services.
About You

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in risk management, compliance, and/or audit practices, preferably within the disability or financial services sector.

They will possess:

  • Proven leadership expertise.
  • At least 10 years' experience in a senior risk leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical, interpretation, and reporting skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a commercial discipline.
