Billi is a leading provider of superior instant filtered boiling, chilled and sparkling water systems. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services.
We're looking for an organised self-starter to support the HR and Payroll functions.
Working between 20-25 hours per week, you'll primarily work with our HR Coordinator to ensure processes across the complete employee lifecycle are administered accurately and effectively.
**The Role**
- Support recruitment and selection
- Raise employment contracts and ensure effective new starter onboarding
- Track completion of key people activities and maintain staff files
- Prepare HR documents and administer the exit process
- Maintain up-to-date procedures, forms and templates
- Collate reports and management information
- Act as a backup for payroll processing and adjustments
- Manage ordering of office supplies and uniforms nationally
- Inbound and outbound mail & courier management for head office
- Other administrative support as required
**Your Background**
You may be a seasoned HR Administrator who wants to maintain a healthy work life balance through part time work. Or perhaps your background is in general administration or office management, and you'd like to get into the HR space.
As long as you're motivated, flexible and love finding ways to make things work better, either background will suit this role. There will be some recruitment support involved so if you haven't done this before, a keen desire to learn will be important and of course, as the primary payroll backup, you'll also need to be someone who pays keen attention to detail and is highly numerate.

- Previous experience managing a diverse range of administrative tasks
- Organised, able to multitask and deliver in agreed timeframes
- Highly numerate with keen attention to detail
- Microsoft Office Suite - Intermediate
- Comfortable using various computer systems concurrently to complete a task
- Good with people, highly pragmatic and flexible in respect of the changing needs of the job
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
**_Desirable_**
- Has worked with, or alongside, a busy HR function
- Background/exposure to one or more of the following - HR administration, recruitment, office management, payroll
- Familiar with best practice recruitment and selection methods
- Has used a payroll system (ideally ADP)
