OverviewLocation: Remote / HybridOur client is seeking a reliable and proactive individual to assist their HR team with a variety of tasks, including employer branding, recruitment outreach, and internal communications.
This position is fully remote and ideal for someone who enjoys supporting people initiatives, contributing to creative projects, and collaborating with a team.ResponsibilitiesAssist the team with publishing job postings and tracking candidate applicationsHelp screen resumes and compile candidate shortlists for the team's reviewSupport the scheduling and coordination of interviews between applicants and managersAssist in maintaining and updating employee records and digital HR documents (e.g., onboarding materials, contracts)Help draft internal announcements and HR communications as requestedSupport the planning and coordination of team engagement activities or virtual eventsQualificationsFamiliarity with Canva, Google Workspace, or basic content planning tools (e.g., Trello, Notion)Interest in social media, employer branding, and internal communication effortsGood written communication skills and an eye for designPrior experience assisting in HR, administration, or marketing is a plus — but not requiredBenefitsRemote work with flexible hoursAll necessary tools and templates are providedFriendly, supportive, and collaborative team cultureOpportunities to learn and grow in HR and employer branding
