As a pivotal figure in our organization, you will oversee the well-being of our patrons, diligently monitoring for any signs of problematic gambling behaviour or alcohol-related issues. You will foster strong relationships with both customers and colleagues, instrumental in cultivating a safe and responsible gaming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring all patrons for signs of problematic gambling behaviour and/or alcohol related issues
  • Building professional relationships with customers, staff and external services as required
  • Negotiating realistic outcomes to support people to play within their means
  • Providing support to staff in the identification and reporting of gambling related harm
  • Reporting to senior staff and regulators as needed on Host Responsibility activities

What we look for in a candidate:

  • Able to work autonomously and be available to work a 24x7 rotating roster that includes days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
  • Excellent negotiation, written and communication skills are essential.
  • A genuine desire to help people change for the better is key to success.
  • A warm, empathetic and approachable personality and a high level of integrity and confidentiality are equally important.
  • Fluency in a second language is an advantage.
