Health, Safety and Environmental Coordinator Job

This role is focused on ensuring a safe working environment for all employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating health, safety and environmental activities within construction, industrial or operational environments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and delivering HSE training for project teams
  • Coordinate HSE initiatives to enhance safety for a major energy project
  • Support the implementation of behavioural-based safety programs on-site
  • Facilitate compliance checks, system audits, and performance monitoring activities
  • Help identify HSE training needs and assist in designing and delivering relevant training programs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hold a diploma or certificate in occupational health & safety, or equivalent industry experience
  • 2–4 years' experience coordinating health, safety, and environmental (HSE) activities
  • Strong understanding of site safety requirements, including hazard identification and incident reporting
  • Effective communicator with experience engaging site teams to promote a safety-first culture
