Ahrens is seeking an experienced and skilled Administration Officer to join our Human Resources team. As an Administration Officer, you will provide administrative support to our daily operations, working closely with our HR team to ensure the smooth delivery of our services.

You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, utilizing your existing experience and skills to contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including monitoring email boxes and calendars, updating training records, and maintaining employee personnel files.
- Support the onboarding and induction of new employees, including coordinating with payroll and ensuring relevant information is sent, collected, and passed on.
- Assist with the offboarding process, including updating employee details and maintaining employee personnel files.
- Coordinate the administration requirements of the Apprenticeship program, including ordering and distributing company uniforms.
- Provide general administrative support as required, including maintaining employee personnel files and updating HR forms and templates.

- Strong customer service orientation, prioritizing the satisfaction and well-being of others.
