The Assistant Strata Manager plays a key role in the success of our strata management team. In this dynamic position, you will support an assigned Strata Manager in all aspects of managing a diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strata knowledge to provide administrative support to the team.
  • Prepare meeting materials, including minutes and agendas, to ensure effective communication.
  • Document meetings and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist with scanning and photocopying documents as needed.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar role within strata or body corporate is highly valued.
  • Excellent customer service and administration skills are essential for success in this position.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are required to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to learn multiple software applications, including MS Office and StrataMax, is necessary to perform daily tasks efficiently.
