Job Title: Assistant Strata Manager

About the Role:

  • Develop your strata knowledge and assist an assigned strata manager with the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and agendas for Committee and General meetings.
  • Document preparation prior to and after meetings through our electronic cloud-based platform.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via email, phone, and in person.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with statutory deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the strata manager in managing a diverse portfolio.
  • Assist in preparing meeting materials and taking minutes.
  • Utilize our cloud-based platform to document meetings and activities.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within strata or body corporate.
  • Excellent customer service and administration skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  • Able to utilize multiple software applications (MS Office, MS Teams, MS Dynamics).
  • Familiarity with Body Corporate/Strata Legislation desirable.
