We are seeking a skilled Strata Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Strata Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of Strata schemes and building relationships with clients.
- Maintain a portfolio of Strata schemes, build relationships, and be a trusted advisor in all things strata
- Facilitate and attend AGMs and other meetings
- Prepare budgets, agendas, and minutes with support from other departments
- Interpret legislation and assist in the enforcement of by-laws
- Maintain insurance, coordinate repairs and maintenance

RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have at least two years experience as a Strata Manager. They will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong analytical skills.
