This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our applications and technologies, providing high levels of service support to our customers. The successful candidate will oversee a team of professionals, guiding them in their work and ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver excellent results.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead a team of application support specialists, providing guidance and supervision to ensure seamless operation.
- Manage and resolve complex application issues, maintaining high levels of service support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align support with business objectives.
- Develop and implement procedures and documentation to standardize service delivery.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
In this role, you will be working closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless support processes. You will also be responsible for monitoring performance metrics and conducting regular reviews to foster continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, with proven experience in application support and team leadership roles. Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge relevant to Marketplace, Officetech and Broker Management Systems are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
