Our Opportunity

The key focus areas of this role include:

  • Leading the Applications team and overseeing the Council's software portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and business needs.
  • Managing enterprise applications such as TRIM (Content Manager), Salesforce, TechnologyOne, and other key platforms, including configuration, integration, upgrades, user support, and vendor coordination.
  • Driving the adoption of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, to improve speed, quality, and reliability of software delivery.
  • Delivering secure, modern, and community-focused digital solutions that meet evolving needs of Council.

About You

We're looking for a collaborative and strategic leader to join the Information and Digital Technology team. You'll bring strong technical expertise and a passion for delivering innovative solutions to a team dedicated to making a difference in our community.
