Our team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Home Loan Assessment Team as a Pre-Assessment Officer. In this role, you will play a key part in helping customers with their banking needs and ensuring that banking with us is accessible, simple and easy.The role of a Pre-Assessment Officer is diverse and challenging. As a first point of contact into the Home Loan Assessment Process, you will be responsible for performing preliminary checks and data entry of Home Loan Applications submitted by brokers and mobile lending channels.We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience in the banking/financial services industry and a good understanding of home loan products. You should have high standards of analytical skills and an eye for detail, as well as proficiency in the use of home loan systems including CAP/RLM/RLS.Customer orientation skills with a strong focus on customer service are essential in this role.
