Finsure emphasizes exceptional customer experience in home loans. Our Mortgage Loan Specialists play a pivotal part in delivering this experience by guiding clients with efficiency and care. Working in a dynamic and supportive office environment, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end back-office loan process, ensuring a seamless transition from application through to settlement.
- Manage the entire process for home loan applications and post-approval procedures.
- Evaluate and verify completeness and accuracy of home loan applications, including loan application forms, property valuation reports, and other necessary documents.
- Prepare comprehensive credit submissions for new home loan applications and ensure all data entry accurately reflects information from source documents.
- Submit applications within regulatory frameworks, such as the National Consumer Credit Protection Act.
- Provide superior service to clients throughout the loan process, fostering loyalty and advocacy.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Banking or Finance with strong expertise in Home Loans.
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Confidence in phone interactions and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in Hindi.
- High level of professionalism and organization.
