This dynamic opportunity involves acting as the primary liaison between consultants, clients and lenders – keeping everyone in the loop with timely communication. You'll be responsible for managing the home loan journey from consultant handover to post-settlement, handling documentation and ensuring all moving parts are in place.
Some key aspects of this role include providing insights on lender policies and product options, reviewing income documents and conducting servicing assessments to ensure applications are accurate and complete. Working closely with lenders, assessors, conveyancers and real estate agents will also be essential in smoothing out any bumps along the way. In addition to these responsibilities, you'll need to keep data sharp and up to date across CRMs and other platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, lenders and referral partners
  • Managing the home loan journey from consultant handover to post-settlement
  • Providing insights on lender policies and product options
  • Reviewing income documents and conducting servicing assessments
  • Keeping data sharp and up to date across CRMs and other platforms

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a home loan support role
  • Sound knowledge of home loan products, lender policies and processes
  • Cert IV or Diploma in Financial Services / Mortgage Broking and/or FBAA / MFAA accreditation (desirable)
