Home Loan Specialist

The role of a Home Loan Specialist is to process and manage residential loan applications from initial submission through to settlement. This position requires a high level of organisational skills, exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service by following up on supporting documents, lodging loans and ensuring they are settled efficiently.
- Maintain accurate client records in our CRM system and provide ongoing professional support post-approval and settlement.
- Process lodgements, discharges and settlements in a timely manner.
- At least 3 years' experience in residential loan processing.
- Understanding of lender credit policies and procedures.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
