Key Responsibilities
  • Develop short-term engineering solutions for rotating and fixed equipment to improve the life cycle and equipment reliability.
  • Implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Reliability Performance Indicators.
  • Lead Failure Mode and Effects Analysis and other Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) efforts.
  • Lead reliability programs and work closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering to prioritize and schedule work.
  • Support the implementation of reliability efforts, mechanical integrity, PSM, and Safety Audit Action Items.
  • Champion the Preventive and Predictive (PM/PdM) Maintenance of plant equipment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering major.
  • At least 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting in the chemical industry.
  • Working knowledge of equipment design, function, regulatory requirements, and PSM - Mechanical Integrity.
  • Understanding of welding principles. Failure analysis training FMEA or RCFA.
  • Skilled in handling fixed equipment (piping, pressure vessels, storage tanks, etc.) or rotating equipment (centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, vacuum pumps, gearboxes, seals, fans, blowers, vibration analysis).
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the US without sponsorship. TN1 visa candidates will be considered.
