This is a role where you can make a real difference in people's lives by delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Help create memorable experiences for our guests at every stage of their journey.
  • Become an ambassador for our brand, positively representing and promoting our values.
  • Interact with guests whenever possible to understand their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Ensure a seamless check-in and out process for guests using our hotel management system.
  • Answer and process reservation enquiries, make recommendations and upsell rooms based on availability.
  • Coordinate with other departments to provide a holistic service experience.
  • Answer and dispatch both incoming external and internal calls efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all room rates and available packages.
  • Follow up on all guest requests and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Support the operational teams with administrative tasks as needed.
