Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at St. Joseph's Mews retirement living apartments in Hawthorn, VIC.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting residents by coordinating maintenance requests, arranging the collection of pharmacy prescriptions, ordering taxis, responding to medical needs and tending to other lifestyle and hospitality-related requests.
This role involves:
- Ensuring common areas are presented in a neat and tidy manner
- Reporting any requirements for repairs, maintenance and/or special cleaning
- Assisting at in-house events and functions
- Attending to various administrative tasks
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a customer service or concierge role, preferably within a hospitality setting
- A positive attitude, friendly personality and excellent communication skills
