Customer Service Representative Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a customer service representative. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a positive impact in the lives of others.

In this role, you will be responsible for greeting customers, conducting centre tours, and promoting available programs and services. You will also work closely with duty managers to ensure smooth service and running of the facility.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing customers with sales solutions when enquiring about memberships and programs
  • Conducting centre tours with prospective members
  • Following up customers and members as required
  • Promoting available programs and services
  • Accurately receipt, process and balance customer payments

Requirements:

  • First Aid and CPR certificates
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
