The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader who is passionate about delivering safe, sustainable civil construction and maintenance projects.

You will lead and inspire our team in executing programs that meet program requirements while maintaining job satisfaction.

  • This is a permanent full-time position - 38 hours/week with flexible arrangements such as a 4-day week.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading, directing, monitoring, and mentoring the team.
  2. Undertaking maintenance and minor construction of roadside and drainage civil infrastructure per Service Agreements and Project Schedules.
  3. Conducting asset inspections and scheduling maintenance for drainage systems, guide posts, culverts, and chemical spraying on local and RMS roads.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Certificate III in Civil Construction or relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to obtain relevant accreditations such as ChemCert, Traffic Controller, Traffic Control plans, Safe Work Near Power Lines, and First Aid.
