Strategic Business Partnership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill this role - someone who can thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our organization.

This position will work closely with the General Manager, People & Culture to deliver strategic objectives and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day business from a people perspective.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business partnering skills, including the ability to forge partnerships with key stakeholders. They will also have a solid understanding of good people and culture practices, from administration to recruitment and policies.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing employee relations and industrial relations cases, including investigations, communications, recommendations, and outcomes. You will also have the opportunity to drive initiatives through project management and consultation experience in a blue-collar, unionized environment.
