This position is at the heart of our sponsorship team, responsible for enhancing donor experiences and improving retention.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end process of letter writing, facilitating heartfelt exchanges between sponsors and children.

  • Lead the coordination and delivery of Annual Progress Reports to Sponsors.
  • Coordinate special projects to enhance supporter experiences and contribute to innovation within the sponsorship space.

Essential Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administration role.
  • Experience working with databases or CRM systems.

  • Demonstrated ability to be self-directed, organized, take initiative, and work to deadlines in a professional and confident manner.
