About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Community Playgroup Facilitator to join our Community Programs team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality playgroups and supports to families in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children and families to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Collaborate with the Community Programs team to develop and deliver playgroups and other supports that meet the needs of families.
  • Model effective early childhood practice and provide guidance and support to families on early childhood development.
  • Work in a team environment to achieve program goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and other relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and other relevant policies and procedures.
  • Valid Working with Children Check and First Aid and CPR certification.
