About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network and Telecommunications Analyst to join our team at the Mid North Coast Local Health District.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert analysis and guidance on current and proposed networks, telecommunications infrastructure, policies, and procedures to ensure seamless communication and data exchange across the district.
  • Assess the viability of, and develop specifications for, new networks and enhancements to existing telecommunications infrastructure, ensuring the design aligns with the needs of users across the district.
  • Act as a crucial link between end-users, technical teams, vendors, and other healthcare organizations in the analysis, design, configuration, testing, and ongoing maintenance of vital telecommunications networks and systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve outcomes and provide high-level interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong planning, time management, and organisation skills.
  • Demonstrated high-level interpersonal and negotiation skills, including proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to function as a self-motivated multi-skilled analyst, working collaboratively in a team environment, with a positive proactive attitude, who can effectively work with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated experience in software development and support processes, including issue investigation and resolution, testing, change control management, and version control processes.
  • Current Driver's Licence and ability to travel as required.
