About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Assurance Analyst to join our team in Docklands VIC 3008. As a key member of our Finance and Accounting team, you will play a critical role in identifying, preventing, and addressing commercial leakage, and driving revenue growth throughout our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prevent revenue loss and optimize commercial performance.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely reports to support business decision-making.
  • Drive the Revenue Assurance team's agenda through proactive engagement and stakeholder management.
  • Shape and execute our Revenue Assurance strategy to protect revenue and drive business growth.
  • Advocate for Revenue Assurance goals and objectives, and establish robust systems to ensure compliance.
  • Identify and mitigate profit-related risks, and recommend strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to protect revenue and drive business performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Revenue Assurance.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Revenue assurance, internal audit, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, with a strong understanding of tools such as SQL, PowerBI/Tableau, and Alteryx.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business management and drivers, particularly in billing operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a critical mindset and analytical skills to tackle complex issues.
