About the Role:

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the voice of Sunrise Medical, providing excellent service and support to our valued customers. You will assist with enquiries, product information, and order processing, ensuring each customer receives a seamless and positive experience. Experience in coordinating demo or rental equipment is highly regarded, as this is an integral part of our service offering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Processing orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Providing product information and troubleshooting basic issues.
  • Assisting customers with tracking orders, delivery details, and returns.
  • Coordinating demo and rental equipment requests (experience in this area is a plus).
  • Collaborating with other teams (Sales, Technical Support, and Warehouse) to resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in a healthcare or product-related industry.
  • 2+ years of business to business (B2B) work experience in a commercial and customer support role preferred.
  • Technical aptitude.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, empathetic approach.
  • Experience in coordinating demo and rental equipment is desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • A genuine desire to help people and improve their quality of life.
