Your Role

">

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Punthill Sunshine, a new hotel located adjacent to Sunshine Station in Melbourne's western region. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving corporate sales, identifying growth opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. Your success will contribute significantly to our expansion plans and help us achieve our strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase corporate bookings and revenue.
  • Navigate major projects and institutions to secure business opportunities.
  • Cold-call, generate new leads, and develop a strong pipeline of corporate clients.
  • Improve existing relationships and build new ones to increase brand awareness.
  • Attend industry events, conduct site inspections, and collaborate with the Hotel Manager to achieve sales targets.

  • Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably in the hospitality or related industries.
  • Ability to resolve problems and complaints effectively.
  • High standards of attention to detail and excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
