Lead a dynamic team of room attendants at Lancemore Crossley St Hotel, delivering exceptional cleanliness and service to our discerning guests.

The successful candidate will oversee the management of tasks associated with rostering, recruitment, performance management, and engagement. Providing initial and ongoing training to housekeeping staff on standard procedures, including quality, productivity, and safety standards is also a key responsibility.

A critical aspect of this role is monitoring costs of housekeeping-related expenditure and managing these in line with budget parameters.

Effective management of staff rosters in alignment with occupancy levels is essential in ensuring seamless hotel operations.

This opportunity requires a leader who can take ownership and an active role in maintaining high standards of housekeeping, public area cleaning, and guest service delivery.

About You
  • You must have experience leading housekeeping or cleaning teams.
  • You understand basic core competencies: payroll percentages, minutes per occupied room, and inventory management (linen, amenities).
  • You will have an eye for detail and be driven to continuously improve your output (quality and efficiency).
  • You understand that this is a hotel servicing guests seven days a week and are comfortable managing your time accordingly.
  • Have full, unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
