As a seasoned operations manager, you will oversee the Aeromedical Operations within the Mobile Patient Care (MPC) network.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with customers, stakeholders and peers to meet service delivery and contractual obligations
  • Leading communication and consultation with stakeholders as directed by senior management
  • Ensuring a safe and productive operational workplace for all in accordance with organisational values and relevant OHS legislation

You will also contribute to Air Operations service delivery policy and development.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A deep understanding of the Non-Emergency Patient Transport industry and associated regulations
  • Demonstrable skills in leadership, stakeholder management and problem solving

National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements.
