General Duty Staff Wanted

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our caravan manufacturing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to start their career in caravan manufacturing.

  • Responsibilities:
    1. Installation of roof hatches and boot hatches
    2. Laying floors, including cutting floor and vinyl to size and fitting to chassis
    3. Sealing, including fitting J mould and general sealing
    4. Cladding, including aluminium work (no welding)
    5. Proficiency with hand tools, silicone gun, panels saw, and router

  • We provide comprehensive training on-site, so prior experience is not necessary. However, previous experience in caravan manufacturing is beneficial.

  • The factory offers a clean and organized working environment with great conditions. We cover all aspects of building caravans, including framing, building, cabinet making, 12V electrical, plumbing, fit-off, and more.

  • Working hours: Monday to Thursday 6:30 am - 3:30 pm, Friday 6:30 am - 3 pm, plus the option for overtime.

  • This role provides a chance to learn new skills and be part of a dynamic team.

  • We require candidates who can commit to regular 8-hour shifts, participate in overtime pay, commute or relocate to Carrum Downs, VIC, and hold Australian work authorization.
