**About the Role**

As a **Caravan Workshop Technician**, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive top-tier service and support. You will be responsible for **diagnosing, repairing, and servicing caravans**, particularly handling warranty claims and after-sales support. This role is perfect for a hands-on technician with mechanical, electrical, and general repair skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

Perform caravan **servicing, repairs, and maintenance**
Handle **warranty repairs and troubleshooting**
Diagnose and fix **electrical (12V & 240V), plumbing, and mechanical** issues
Install and replace caravan components, appliances, and accessories
Conduct **pre-delivery inspections (PDI)** and quality control checks
Work with customers to assess and resolve issues efficiently
Complete repair documentation and warranty reports
Maintain a clean and organized workshop

**Skills & Experience Required**

Experience in **caravan, automotive, or RV repairs** preferred
Knowledge of **12V & 240V electrical systems, plumbing, and general mechanics**
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to **diagnose and repair warranty-related issues**
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
**Valid Australian Driver's License** (towing experience is a plus)
**Current Police Certificate** (or willingness to obtain)
