Essential Caravans have grown into a household name and are an industry leader. Our original philosophies of building the best value for money caravan and a high-quality caravans made product are still our calling and adhered to every day.

Since 2015, when the first 21' Essential Family van rolled out the factory door, there are now well over 3000 Essential Caravans on the road.

We're currently looking for Aluminium Cladding & Caravan Build Team Members to join our production team

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

Measuring, cutting, and assembling aluminium components for caravan frames and structures

Reading and interpreting technical drawings or build plans

Installing aluminium panels, trims, and components with precision

Installing pre built cabinetry

Operating power and hand tools safely and effectively

Ensuring quality and accuracy in all work performed

Following WHS practices and maintaining a clean, safe work environment

About you :

Must have experience working with aluminium or in a manufacturing / assembly environment is highly regarded

Must have experience with building caravans including canbinetry installation

Comfortable using tools such as drills, rivet guns, grinders, routers and measuring devices

Good attention to detail and the ability to work to specifications

Physically fit and capable of manual handling

Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Safety-conscious and reliable
