Accounts Finance Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing accounts receivable invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
The role requires close collaboration with the operations, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless invoicing. Additional support to the finance team is also required.
Key Responsibilities:- Process accounts receivable invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
- Distribute invoices and collect payments in a timely manner.
- Support accounts payable with reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Collaborate closely with the operations, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless invoicing.
- Provide additional support to the finance team as required.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills to handle stakeholder engagement and difficult conversations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel and relevant experience.
