Job Title: Finance Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Finance Operations Coordinator to support our Financial Controller in a busy, small finance team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute their transactional processing skills and work closely with the team to achieve financial goals.

The role involves:

  • Paying suppliers and managing accounts payable
  • Processing payroll and ensuring statutory compliance
  • Reconciling bank statements and managing cash flow
  • Receiving and allocating payments, as well as supporting with month-end processes

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar finance operations role, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • A proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
