Nurse Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to provide managerial support to all departments within the hospital after hours, ensuring seamless service delivery and quality patient care.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will lead hospital staff in achieving service excellence and act as a resource person for quality assurance and improvement.
  • They will assess staffing levels of individual areas and relocate staff to meet clinical and organisational needs.
  • A strong Nurse with extensive clinical experience, current registration, and tertiary qualifications in people management and/or leadership is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead nursing staff in delivering exceptional patient care and services.
  • Demonstrate expertise in prioritising tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Cultivate positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
