Job Description: This role is part of our Short-Term Planning team and focuses on developing safe and efficient mine designs and schedules across a planning horizon from daily to three months.

About the Role: As a Senior Mine Planning Professional, you will prepare and deliver short-term mine plans and schedules that optimise safety, productivity, and cost. You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders and contribute to drill & blast plans, continuous improvement, and strong working relationships with technical and operational teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality short-term mine planning and scheduling
  • Prepare and deliver mine plans and schedules that meet company objectives
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including technical and operational teams
  • Contribute to drill and blast plans and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technical and operational teams
