Cowal Mine Overview
- This 12-month contract offers a unique opportunity to step into a visible and impactful planning role at Cowal. You will be responsible for developing and delivering short-range mine schedules managing weekly planning cycles and collaborating across departments to ensure safe and efficient execution.
Key Responsibilities Include Ownership of the weekly mine plan presented to senior stakeholders with clear deadlines and visibility Exposure to expansion projects including new cutbacks and satellite pits offering rare planning complexity Embedded in a tight-knit high-performing team with strong support and development culture.
About This Role You will work in a dynamic environment where your planning decisions directly influence operational success. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accountability taking initiative meeting deadlines and ensuring plans are not only delivered but executed successfully.
Requirements For Success You are keen to be part of an innovative team and ready to step into a more visible autonomous role. With 2-5 years post-grad experience you've likely completed the graduate program and are now looking to deepen your planning expertise and broaden your site exposure.
