About our Culture and Capability Team
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our culture and capability team as a Learning And Development Manager. This pivotal role offers autonomy to design and implement programs that foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
As a key internal consultant, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to build capability and contribute to the advancement of a high-performance culture. Your expertise in program design and delivery, leadership training, and facilitation will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategic learning initiatives that align with our business goals.
The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills, including experience working within a broad standalone L&D role managing multiple priorities and partnering with cross-business stakeholders. Knowledge of OD theory, such as drivers of team and organisation performance, group dynamics, systems theory, human-centred design is also required.

Responsibilities:
Design and deliver developmental programs, including leadership training and tailored workshops.
Create and execute learning strategies aligned with business goals, incorporating modern learning approaches.
Evaluate and predict learning and development needs to support organisational capability building.
Manage and support programs like mentoring, communities of practice and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Coordinate and maintain a schedule for organisational learning programs.
Oversee mandatory training programs.
Maintain and enhance current digital learning platforms, exploring new technologies to improve access and usability.
Procure and partner with external providers to align offerings with organisational learning needs.
Regularly review and refine learning processes and practices to ensure ongoing enhancement.
Requirements:
