**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Transformational Change Manager to join our team at the University of South Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of best practice change planning and implementation to enable the creation of and transition to the new Adelaide University.

The successful candidate will work in the Integration Management Office (IMO) and advise and collaborate with key senior leaders and stakeholders across the University of South Australia, The University of Adelaide, and the Integration and Transformation Partner (I&TP).

You will play a leadership role in breaking down complexity to ensure quality delivery of change and communications interventions bringing your insights and experience to bear on change activities that are foundational to the integration program's success.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Design and Develop Plans: Create plans, measurements, and reporting for cross-functional and cross-domain change based on interdependencies and opportunities for collaboration and experience-led interventions.
  • Ensure Quality Control and Governance: Ensure quality control and governance in change planning while managing interdependencies, risks, and alignment with other program units.
  • Collaborate with Senior Stakeholders: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to enhance change leadership, build capability, and strengthen credibility for change management across the IMO and both universities.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, serving as a primary adviser on change and coaching
