About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Aviation Account Manager to join our Sydney team at WTW. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to bring their expertise in aviation insurance brokerage to contribute to our high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Servicing and managing clients as directed by the Account Director, ensuring strong relationships are maintained with clients, insurers, and other key partners.
  • Preparation of client reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Liaising with underwriters, insurers, and other key industry stakeholders to solve client queries and drive business growth.
  • Assisting the Account Director with client renewal programs, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Actively marketing WTW's services and developing new business opportunities in the aviation sector.
  • Managing customer records and database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve client queries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Processing insurance closing, endorsements, and policy certification/wordings, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
  • Claims management, working closely with clients and insurers to resolve claims efficiently and effectively.
  • Exploring all cross-selling opportunities, including Employee Benefits, Construction, Workplace Risk, M&A, and Financial Lines.
