About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Experience Coordinator to join our Client Services team at Creative Activation.

As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of customer experience programs, ensuring each program meets strategic goals and is completed as planned, on time, and to budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the coordination of customer experience programs in conjunction with the client service team.
  • Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Plan and manage resources to meet program requirements.
  • Validate and analyze data to inform program insights and reporting.
  • Manage program budgets and invoicing to ensure financial accuracy.
Requirements:
  • A tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or communications (preferred but not essential).
  • Previous experience working in retail, administration, or a client service role is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data.
  • Intermediate level of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
About You:
  • You have a passion for retail and customer experience.
  • A proven multitasker with great organization skills.
  • Possess excellent time management skills.
  • You use a proactive approach to problem-solving and are confident in the decisions you make.
