Job Opportunity:

The Asset Finance Growth Programs Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining our position as the leading aggregator in the market and supporting our residential broker businesses to expand their presence in asset finance lending.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one and group product coaching sessions with students in the Asset Finance Academy to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Distribute training on new features to relevant networks and small groups, ensuring they are well-equipped to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Engage brokers within the asset finance growth programs by keeping them informed about network activities, development, and training.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Asset and asset team members to develop training materials and lead engaging workshops with peers and lender partners.
  • Organize monthly check-in calls with Asset Finance Academy students to monitor progress and provide guidance.
  • Provide insights on products, lender niches, and deal scenarios to support asset finance brokers in making informed decisions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with lender partners to ensure alignment and ongoing support for mutual growth.
  • Analyze the brokerage database to identify opportunities and recommend targeted marketing materials.
  • Stay updated on lender product updates, rate changes, and specials to inform strategic business decisions.

  • Have deep industry knowledge of asset finance and its applications.
