We are seeking an experienced professional to play a pivotal role in maintaining our market position and supporting residential broker businesses.
The successful candidate will lead product coaching sessions, deliver training on new features, and ensure brokers are engaged and informed about network activities, development, and training.
- Conduct product coaching sessions with students in the Asset Finance Academy.
- Deliver training on new features to relevant networks and small group sessions.
- Ensure brokers are engaged and informed about network activities, development, and training.
- Collaborate with the Head of Asset to develop training materials and lead engaging workshops with peers and lender partners.
- Host monthly check-in calls with students to monitor progress and provide guidance.
- Serve as a resource for asset finance brokers, offering insights on products, lender niches, and deal scenarios.
- Maintain relationships with lender partners to ensure alignment and ongoing support.
- Maintain regular contact with brokers, providing support as needed.
- Work with the Head of Asset to review the brokerage database, identify opportunities, and recommend targeted marketing materials.
