Sound Engineering Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sound Engineer to join our team in Sydney.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of sound consulting and relevant software (SoundPLAN, CadnaA). They will conduct assessments for various projects, including transport infrastructure, power & renewable energy, buildings, water, and other industries.

  • Work on diverse projects applying technical expertise in sound consulting.
  • Conduct noise and vibration impact assessments.
  • Noise modelling and data analysis, detailed technical reports and documentation.
  • Design noise and vibration mitigation treatments.

Key skills and qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering or science.
  • 2-5 years relevant experience in sound engineering.
  • Experience with noise modelling software.
  • Well-developed understanding of relevant standards and guidelines.
  • Knowledge or interest in programming (R Studio, MATLAB, Python) and/or data visualisation skills (Power BI, Tableau).
