The Role

As Ombudsman, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with charter and code of practice.

You will review, investigate and manage complaints about content, exercising sound judgement and interpretation to handle these with sensitivity and impartiality.

This role requires effective decision-making, excellent interpersonal skills and highly developed interpretation and analysis skills.

You must be able to resolve complaints with due regard to the code of practice and charter, providing regular reports to management and codes review committee.
