Job Title: Full-Time Assistant Property Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager. As an integral part of our property management team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional results and providing top-notch service to clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or advance their career in property management. You will have the chance to work closely with our Senior Property Manager, learning from them and developing your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Senior Property Manager in providing top-notch service to clients. This includes handling leasing enquiries via phone, conducting open homes and property inspections, overseeing property maintenance and repairs, reporting to senior management, assisting with rental arrears follow-up and action planning, managing tenancy renewals under time constraints, conducting regular routine inspections and addressing maintenance issues, managing tenant queries, preparing lease agreements, bond links and entry/exit condition reports, and managing conflicts and disputes, including tribunal representation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle leasing enquiries via phone
  • Conduct open homes and property inspections
  • Oversee property maintenance and repairs
  • Report to senior management
  • Assist with rental arrears follow-up and action planning
  • Manage tenancy renewals under time constraints
  • Conduct regular routine inspections and address maintenance issues
  • Manage tenant queries
  • Prepare lease agreements, bond links and entry/exit condition reports
  • Manage conflicts and disputes, including tribunal representation
Requirements:
  • Mandatory: Bilingual in English and Chinese (reading and writing)
  • Mandatory: Driver's license
  • Preferred: Current Certificate of Registration
  • 1+ year experience in property management
