Director of Aged Care Operations

The ideal candidate for this key leadership role will have a proven track record in managing aged care facilities and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional resident care.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the facility management team, overseeing all aspects of operations including staffing, budgeting, and compliance
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for maintaining high standards of resident care and satisfaction
  • Provide guidance and support to clinical and hospitality teams to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with health and safety regulations and industry best practices
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and the community

Ideal Candidate Profile:
